Looking to stay at Caribe for a week this summer. Are all 3 buildings basically the same or do any have any advantages over the others. Never stayed there before so I'm interested in others opinions.

All same. Note that its a long walk to beach or you take a shuttle which is kinda annoying.

Caribe is nice but it's not on the beach.

agree with the long walk. If you have young kids and have to haul a bunch of crap to the beach, it sucks. From personal experience

Beach is across the street but the pools and lazy river on site are damn good. And you have the cobalt in walking distance if you need to step out for a quick drink or 12.

I'm bringing my 14 year old son for a week. He's playing in one of the USSSA tournaments that week. I've never went to Orange Beach and not stayed on the beach. We are beach people but this is going to be team headquarters. All the other families are staying there and he wants to be with his friends. Don't blame him. He doesn't want to be stuck with me for a week and I really don't want to be stuck with him. The parents are pretty cool so I imagine will go out a night or two. The boys can hang out and do there thing too.

The kids would probably rather stay by the pool and waterslide.

Mine is fine with the pool but when they shut it down at night he likes to go play on the beach too. Just like me.

The pool never closes. Speaking from experience.

Really Nice place. Stayed there twice. Same management group as the Turquoise I believe. Beach on other side of road. Small kids maybe a problem. Teenagers it's not.
Will stay there again.
Will stay there again.
