Car drives off parking garage in Austin

Not Germans, it happened again. Same Garage. Must be built on some Indian burial ground

The woman's car landed on a Chevrolet Tahoe that was driving northbound in the alley between Fifth and Sixth Streets, and police added the driver of the Tahoe is okay.

It's always a woman. This exact thing happened literally just a month or two ago in Birmingham. A nurse at Children's Hospital "got distracted by her cell phone" and hit the gas instead of the brake and went through the wall of the parking garage and fell 3 stories. She was okay.
Wish they would have released her name so people could avoid putting their children's lives in her hands.

as a rough calculation, say the car weighs 3000lbs, and assume the height is 100 feet
thats 2.47 seconds to impact

This. She was probably driving 30 mph around blind curves in the garage. Hopefully the garage has cameras and her insurance company investigates. I can't stand trashy fricks that tailgate and speed in parking garages.
