I had some noise and abs/traction lights and found a nylon rope wrapped around the inner cv joint going into the wheel bearing.I cleaned it out. What would you advise next?

Would you replace the wb? I'm hoping that cleaning it out is all.

Learn how to post pictures. If you can't get that straight then you've got no chance of fixing your car on your own.

Looks like a sealed bearing. Bearing probably OK. Put it back together. See if tire has any excess play/movement with tire mounted and lugs tightened while still on jack stand. Take it for a drive and listen for any noise from wheel bearing.

Take it straight to the track and do a few quarter mile runs.

This is the OT brother, we are experts on changing brake pads but outside of that it's hit or miss.

Try the Outdoor board.

Replace CV joint and bearing. It will always be messed up unless you fully replace.
