on used cars only and it really depends on how long the vehicle has been on the lot.
best case = vehicle has been on the lot for 90 days and it's the last couple of days of the month and the dealership has not met quota.

ABSOLUTELY!! If they are short on quota.
Even better at end of the year.
I bought an F150 (12) loaded on November 30, 2012. The price dropped $8K from the 15th, and is about $4 K less than what that truck sells for today used.
