To be fair I'm not a big fan of most yoga pants I see

And don't forget that some yoga pants can also be considered athletic apparel

Yoga Pants are made to be able to be worn as just pants, so they're thicker than tights, pantyhose, or stockings.

Sports bras generally try to hold boobs down and therefor make them look smaller where lingerie tends to push them up in order to make them look bigger.
