My gut is fricked. Anybody have a good recommendation to aid in digestive health. I'm tired of living in the bathroom.

Alcohol makes it worse. I need something to get things tightened up down there.

I take probiotics daily. My choice is hyperbiotics pro-15, but any decent probiotic will work. Take 2 a day for a week, and your gut will thank you! I've been taking them for approx 2 years and won't go back!

I may try the probiotics and fiber one bars. I've heard probiotics but wasn't sure which brand.

Eat slower and chew thoroughly. See a doctor for your butt problem.
