Had a few longnecks on the way home from work yesterday. I discarded the bottles but just noticed a couple Miller Lite bottle caps on the floor board. Should I toss them out the window or will I be ok if pulled over?

Don't let these guys frick with you. I thought road beers was a social norm growing up in my house. You should have seen how big my friends eyes got when my dad drove us around.

There's nothing wrong with a road beer, I just don't see the need to brag about it on the internet under the veil of one of the more asinine questions I've ever read here

I still take a road beer from time to time.

I think the point was; how can a bottle cap be considered an open container? The bottle cap is not a container.

But it IS probable cause. Hopefully they will pull him out of the car and give it to him with the night stick.. .and I do NOT mean strike him with it.
