Cali Forest fires sets cars on fire on freeway

Watching cnn and that is crazy a couple of cars on the freeway catches on fire from forest fire then other cars burn up too. I would hate to be stuck in the freeway on the mountains

I've been stuck on the freeway in Cali the past hour barely moving watching a massive brushfire to the right of me get bigger and bigger.

Well good thing I peed right before we got back on the road minutes from hitting all this. Trying to stay positive 
Just sucks.....my gps in my jeep gave us this funky route to take hours earlier and we ignored it and reset it to this route cause it's the way we usually go.FML

I did that once. GPS said go some crazy way because of traffic and I was like "frick that, no way my phone knows better than me." Then I was stuck in traffic for hours, and you're going to be engulfed by a firestorm.

It's hard to do, but I've learned to trust the GPS. Those things are smart nowadays.

Well mine is the uconnect system and it's had a bad track record on this trip. Guiding us on routes that actually were slower than the usual way. It's funky at times. That's why I didn't trust it 100%
