What if the whole Caitlyn Jenner thing is a ploy push a judge to sentence Jenner to a woman prison rather than a male prison in case he's found guilty of vehicular manslaughter. I know the DA is pursuing criminal charges against him for that accident he may or may not have caused.
Anybody else think this may be why he's done this? I'm just speculating but it would make a little sense.

They've already said that the male prison has a transgender ward, and that's where he would serve time if it came to that.
