Looking for a nice weekend away within 2 hours or so from Baton Rouge. I've read threads in the past but I can't find them through the search function.

If the OP decides to go there, I can let him whereabouts that snake was hanging. It was a prime location for ankle-biting.

The cabins were all damaged after a storm. Not sure they've reopened.

We had fun here. Cabin on a creek

Brushy Creek in Gloster, MS. Cabins right in the edge of the homochitto forest. Lake, creek, woods, nice cabins. You're welcome

I dont have mine ready yet but will be renting it out this spring.We lived in it while building and still have some of our personal stuff in it.It should be ready by late Feb/early March.Its about 7 miles or so from Lake Okhissa.2br/2Ba with loft setting back in the woods.
