"When she gets brought home by Brad Bennett, for some reason he invites himself in," Franz Borghardt, the woman's attorney said.
Borghardt said the woman didn't want her full name released.
"One thing leads to another and he has sex with her," Borghardt said. "He has sex with her while he's on the clock, while doing duties as a Baton Rouge Police Officer.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that it's probably against department policy to take a girl who was too drunk to drive home and have secks with her while on the clock.

I can't blame the officer for hitting it, but I blame him for being stupid enough to do it on duty. Then again, maybe she was drunk and threw it all over him.

So let me see if I can figure this out.

What a conundrum for the OT - this place equally hates cops and women claiming rape while drunk. Who will get the most blame in this ordeal?
ETA: Judging by the responses above me, it looks like the only thing the OT hates more than a cop handing out DUIs is a woman who claims rape because she was drunk. Stay tuned to see if the trend continues...

This never happens in BR. This is completely unbelievable. I refuse to believe that young men with authority would take advantage of 19-24 yr old women at bars near a college campus.
