Bristol Palin is a mother for the second time.
Palin, who launched an abstinence campaign after giving birth as an unwed teenage mother, posted on Instagram Thursday that she gave birth to a girl, Sailor Grace, on Wednesday.
It's the second child out of wedlock for the daughter of 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin.

Bristol became a political figure after her mom's failed campaign.
Prior to the announcement of her second child she was deep into the abstinence movement.
When we look at failed government policies...abstinence is a big one which has been proven to fail in each and ever state that touts it.

The problem isn't teaching abstinence; it's letting horny teens be alone with other horny teens. Lack of parental supervision is usually the root of the problem.
