Kid was railroaded and has the intelligence of a 5 year old.

I think his uncle did it, but that kid was just a pawn to convict the uncle and ended up not even being useful because his story changed so much (fed to him) yet they put him in jail anyway.

When's Wrestlemania? I don't want to miss that.

He was interrogated as a mentally challenged juvenile without a lawyer or guardian present, was completely fed a story ON CAMERA, and had absolutely zero physical evidence implicating him in anything.

Again, the uncle did it.

Brendan was frickin' hosed though.

Happy to hear about it. It was obvious he had nothing to do with anything and was just a dumb kid with family that didn't know how to handle the situation.

Our laws should prohibit interrogation of minors outside the presence (or without consent) of a parent/guardian or lawyer.

Minors aren't competent to enter into contracts but are able to waive their Miranda rights?

Good for him and good for Wisconsin. That case was a tragedy.

That kid thought he was going to get to go back to school after he admitted to killing her. No way he's sane.

So does this mean him and his family have grounds for a lawsuit, because we know how that worked out last time for them.
