BR places notorious for panhandlers

Walgreen's on Old Hammond/Airline. Same guy...every time. He sits on the bench that faces Old Hammond and based on what he sees will get up and greet you on your way out.
RA Shop/Shell joint lot off of Highland and State. It's usually the old black guy on the bike, but he'll also take M&M's and Gatorade instead of money. Sort of make it okay.
I could go into the obvious: On The Run on Florida/N Acadian and anywhere on Sherwood and in NBR.

College Dr. Walmart parking lot
Those are where I've been approached most often, but there are always people near College and I-10 or College and Perkins holding up signs near the stoplights.

That fricking Shell on State and Highland. That place needs to do SOMETHING about it. It's absolutely ridiculous.

The Cracker Barrel on Perkins next to Acme Oyster has an old colored man on a bike who is pretty good at making money off people filling up their cars

I used to live on State in like 2006. That Shell was terrible then.
Went and got gas there a week or so ago. Got asked by 3 different people for money.

I had some guy ask me for a ride across town once because it was raining. The one time an employee there actually came out and told him to frick off.

The jack in the box at the north gates used to be bad. They would pull the "could you please pull forward and we'll bring you your food" thing, and as soon as you parked, someone came up asking for money. I started telling them no, I won't pull up because of it.
