The LSU area is always a mess when classes are in session, but Burbank has turned into a nightmare lately.

The apartments that line Burbank have really escalated this problem. Vehicles entering into Burbank mess up all the light cycles and it creates a gridlock past Lee.

Is the only solution to move to a city with a sensible street layout?

Had some people in the office here in Cenla at 10:30 who were leaving immediately afterward to drive to Nola and catch a 5:30 flight. I don't think they're gonna make it through BR in time.

Or just move to a different part of the city. You could also try and shift your work schedule as to not leave during peak traffic times.

They haven't added any capacity to the main arterial roads + nor create any feeder surface streets + addition of traffic lights. It was bound to happen.
