Does anyone know if boats are needed in the Lake Charles/Calcesieu/Cameron area yet? Where to check in or any information? I'm not sure if they are needed yet, but it won't be too long. Any information would be appreciated.

There may be more boats than people in Cal/Cam parishes.

Not sure why you are laughing. My MIL had to be rescued by boat last night. Most homes in her neighborhood are underwater. Fire Department was in her neighborhood all night rescuing people with 1 boat.

If I were you, I would probably post things like this on here. There's 7,000 people reading this site right now. Some of them could probably help get the word out.

East side of LC off Hwy 14. Think it's called Clearfield Ranch. Technically may be an Iowa address.

Have a group of folks somewhat in stand by to go help. Unable to get cleae message if we can get to texas and support. If people are in need in lake charles, that would be beneficial to know.

He's laughing because he made a joke about there being more boats than people there. Chill
