Just drove down Bluebonnet near Perkins. What is that giant tent being used for. My buddy says there are filming a movie. Can't imagine why it's so tall

If what you are talking about is behind KFC and 5 Minute oil change then it's a water tower. I drive by it every day

That's where it is but I don't think it's a water tower. Why would there be a tent or curtain around a water tower? That just doesn't make sense

Go street view that intersection on Google maps and there's the water tower.
