Jesus Christ. It's really not that hard to blow them into your own yard. Blowing it into the street is just straight up laziness. I wish there was a fine for it.

Grass clippings are fertilizer for your yard as long as they aren't clumps of grass.

i blow them back into the yard. we have a chalmation family in my cul-de-sac and they leave all of their clippings in the street. typical trashiness from them though. it bugs the shite out of me.

My HOA prohibits leaving clippings in the street.

I always make my first 2 passes down by the street with the discharge chute blowing back into the yard, just to minimize clippings in the street.
