Instead of posting the same thing for the hundredth time, why don't you post the parameters the government uses to determine hate groups or domestic terror organizations. And see if what we know about BLM fits? Wouldn't that be much more substantive?

Any evidence of inciting violence?

If so then yes.
If not then no.

Ruling from Brandenburg v Ohio regarding inciting violence:

In order for “incitement to violence” speech to be constitutionally barred, Brandenburg sets a new standard. The language must (1) expressly advocate violence; (2) advocate immediate violence and (3) relate to violence likely to occur.

Would encouraging other blacks on Facebook to shoot white people and more specifically white cops fit?

If white people gather together and march it is deemed "racist"

It's original intent was to simply try and ensure blacks weren't unfairly targeted by police and I believe most people supporting BLM are doing so for these reasons. Though there are some using misguided or faulty info I think their hearts are in the right place.

On the other hand there are definitely some that are using BLM as an excuse to commit crimes. It is those people have basically prevented any good from coming from the BLM movement.

There is also a definite racist undertones coming from some people using BLM as well which also eliminates it from promoting positives changes in society.

Terrorist orginization - NO. Its simply a hashtag with no orginization or leadership.

Used to commit terrorist acts - yes (see: Dallas)

Disagree, but the movement is dead. No reasonable person can take them seriously.

They have a propensity for violence because they have no leadership. It's a movement that excludes nonblack persons. Their core philosophy is flawed. It's just a bad movement from top to bottom.
