The article itself is incredibly long, so in summary, some black guy calls 911 asking for help because he's paranoid and disoriented. The cops arrive and he's obviously hopped up on some narcotics and tried to break into two of their cars while screaming to call the police, so they pin him down, and at some point they try to restrain him for an evaluation and he starts kicking officers, leading one to start punching him. He eventually is subdued and a medic administered some meds at the scene. He then died at the hospital.

So far, facts are pretty slim and it's all just a shitty string of events. Should be interesting to see how this one develops though.
