And for the record, the correct term is "motorcycle club" or "MC", not "biker gang".
I don't get all pissy when someone doesn't call me Dr. Spirit of Dunson.

thanks. Should I buy them a beer or something next time I see them? I really like the bar, and I think they are regulars. I think we would get along if given the chance.

Next time, pull out your phone and try to explain the concept of "germans" to them. Video their reaction.

The price of Darth's airfare to come and act as a mediator is more than worth the peace of mind.

There's some real ones over there. There's also some Outlaws over there as well.

Saw a news clips when i was stationed over there of some HA guys walk in a little spot and pull out a pistol and murder this Turkish dude who they had beef with directly in front of a camera. That was in Frankfurt though. I don't know what it's like where you are

Might not be a bad idea to try and bury the hatchet. A few ground rules though you need to keep in mind....

1. Don't call them a "biker gang". That's a huge insult.
2. Don't call them brother.
3. If they're talking, don't interrupt them.
4. Do not touch their cut (what you call their jacket)
6. Don't ask things like how many members they have or things of that nature.

Compliment their bikes next time. Something like, 'Hey, Sweet big wheel, arschloch'

That's cool and all. I am 100% for burying hatchets, but do I also get to lay down some ground rules? Seems kind of one sided. I mean - they started it.

My patch holding days are coming to an end, at least when it comes to being a member of a three piece "outlaw" club goes. Over 20 years is long enough. I'm in the process of going into retirement status with my MC.

But that's not to say I'm done. Instead I'm in the process of becoming a member of B.A.C.A. It's a great organization with a great cause I really believe in.

You survived Harlem, only to get taken out by a euro biker club?

Interrupt them and ask them how many members are in there biker gang so you know how many beers to buy. Then while you have your hand on there cut (jacket) tell the bartender you would like to buy your brothers a beer. That's what I would do.

shite I thrived in Harlem. Those were my best days.
Seriously though, I've seen a few fights over here in bars that make me rethink the eurotrash cliche.
