Some diners at a Dallas Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant said their lunch was ruined by rodents falling from the ceiling on Tuesday.

Patrons captured cellphone video inside the Chipotle restaurant on North Market Street in the West End area, showing rodents crawling around the floor and one climbing up the wall. Customers claimed the rodents fell from the ceiling.

I think its time to give up on the ol' business plan.

I don't "hate" chipotle like most people on here, but why would anyone eat there in Texas? There are much better options in a city like Dallas.

Are you seriously trying to compare chipotle to a restaurant like del friscos?

Well rats seems like Chipotle is having a couple of bad months. Involuntary bouts of explosive diarrhea and now the possibility of bubonic plague. That is what you get when you claim the be a tex mex place and you don't serve queso

I mean you pulled up a list of alternative restaurants in the area that had places like del friscos on it

Chipotle is what it is, a place to get a burrito for about 10 bucks and be out in under 15 minutes

Unless you were making the same point i am making

Rats are natural creatures, engaged in their typical behavior as part of the environment. Their contribution is part of the whole earth.

Chipotle will allow it.

I was down in New Orleans for a bachelor party. I went into this restaurant in New Orleans called Coops. Found a HUGE rat in the bathroom at Coops.

Rat looked at me like - What are you doin' here, ****? That was his vibe, it was very negative.

We made eye contact for several moments, I broke eye contact firs...he was definitely the alpha of the situation.

The server comes up and says, "You guys decided on what you want?"

I say, "I don't think we're gonna get anything I just saw a huge rat in the bathroom."

Server says, "We are right by the Mississippi river, these buildings are 200, 300 years old the are rats everywhere. Even 5 star restaurants have rats." And he said it with such passion and conviction...as though he had repeated this rat speech to many customers before.

He confused the hell out of me because I still ended up ordering food there. He made me feel like the a-hole. "I'll have the shrimp and grits then, my bad for bringing up the whole rat thing. I'm so drunk my bad man."
