Really want a boxer. I would love to rescue but those bastards will not give me one because I don't have a closed in yard. I want to keep the dog inside. Will take him out all the time, but they won't budge because of the yard situation. Where is the best place to find without paying an arm and a leg?

There is a breeder called boxer barn in Eunice. I had to go elsewhere because they had a small litter when we bought. We ended up finding a breeder online and flew mine in. I Guess it depends what you consider expensive.

I have one that stays with us indoors. The hair is bad and a roomba is awesome.

That being said, they require a ton of exercise. I thought we were ok because we are both really active. However, this dog has tons of energy and 2 hours after you wear her out she is ready to go again.

Best dog ever.
