Best way to clear up nasal congestion

I've tried everything modern medicine has to offer, nasal spray, congestion medicine, etc. Anybody got any other remedies? I'm slightly dying right now.

what nasal sprays have you tried?...
Nasacourt and Flonase are both non prescription and both work very well for me....
now, if you want to call in the heavy artillery, Afrin will clear out your nose and keep it clear for most of a day or night...however, when it wears off, you will be stopped up as shite...

i afrin doesnt work, you may need surgery... be cautious, very addictive

I had to have multiple cortisone shots to get rid of the "addiction" from afrin. Stay away.

Go to ENT have them check your sinuses and allergies. Had same problem for years and was only getting worse. Finally went and my sinus cavities were Fricked structurally and had poliups from allergies I never knew I had. Needless to say even though I was raised in the middle of the wood in MS I was allergic to several trees and grasses. Had a 3 1/2 surgery when most sinus surgeries or under an hour. Needless to say I'm a brand new man.

i swear by this method.
you ready for this:
go to ANY store that sells regular OTC meds
purchase two items
-saline solution nasal spray
-afrin PUMP MIST (do not skimp for the squirter.. you must get the pump mist)
go home
close off one nostril and squirt the saline into each nostril over and over until you feel it dripping rapidly out of your nose
then blow your nose hard over and over until all the saline solution that you just flooded your sinuses with is out....make sure to hold one nostril closed for the other side to blow
THEN
afrin pump mist while closing off one nostril and then do the other
you. are. welcome.
you'll be smelling those fricking springtime flowers in a minutes.
eta: add a daily antihistamine too... just don't take antihistamines with pseudoephedrine.

Find a fat girl with a stinky pussy and take a few big whiffs.
Step 1: Look up sinus massage
Step 2: Do the massage on yourself
Step 3: Netti pot
Step 4: If it is under your eyes that is hurting then the probleim is your maxillary sinus. The maxillary sinus's opening is at the top of the sinus so it will not drain if you are upright. So either lay down and angle your head down until you feel the mucus start to drain or get on all fours and hold your head down.
