unless I am in a vehicle with a bunch of friends drinking beer, I generally would rather listen to talk...music bores me over a period of hours.

For a road trip if you like classic southern rock - The Outlaws - Bring it back alive (1976) - will get you down the road for a couple of hours. Green Grass and High Tides is a 20 minute 3 guitar assault on your senses and a tribute to Skynyrd.
