Anywhere besides the usual mall department stores? Found plenty online I like, but scared I won't get it shipped in time before a party Saturday. Gonna have to go out and find me one

Walmart in New Orleans has them. Not sure about Baton Rouge. They are fairly easy to find since the tacky sweater party is so popular now.

My neighbor has opened an ugly Christmas Sweater pop up or seasonal store 2 or 3 years ago. He now has 4 stores all over DFW and is banking.....makes enough during this 6 weeks to live on the rest of the year. I think he has his sweaters custom made by a clothing contractor.
