Looking to spend around $700 for mattress. Had a pillow top by Serta and loved it but need to replace it. Does not have to be a Serta but want something comfortable. I have had back surgery and that mattress was great for it. Thanks

Look on craig's list for advertised mattresses. Dealers advertise there that sell out of storage units. They have low overhead and do big volume. Seriously.

bedinabox.com

Not sure it will fit your budget, but they are legit matresses.

Go to Sams Club. They have Serta Eurotop Queens for around $500-$600.

I prefer to crumple up my cash matress. Makes it a lot softer.

My daughter's high school is doing their annual mattress sale this weekend. Several schools do it to raise money. All the big brand names are there and you can get like 70% off. (Comeaux in Laffy)

Overstock.com is where we bought our bed. They pay taxes, free shipping and we got a king for under 1000.

I got a knock off memory foam for like $300ish from there. I like it.

I like overstock as well but for a mattress it's pretty advantageous to be able to try it out first.

I got a restonic for a little over $500. I tried them all and that was the most comfortable. 15 year warranty.

Went into Sam's today for some things and saw they had a queen size pillow mattress for $399 and king size for $599. Not sure of the comfort, I didn't test it out. Check into that, it sounds reasonable and looked good to me.

After reading the fine print i have found that matress warrantees are the most useless of all.

We got some nice, comfortable, mattresses for our camp from Istrouma Mattress Factory on Plank Road. I guess they're still in business.
