Best cpap mask with full face or chin strap?

So to make a long story short I got my cpap machine August 1 and I didn't sleep well with the mask they gave me bc I sleep on my stomach, so as the board recommended another user I bought the dream wear or whatever it's called by Phillips. I'm still waking up a lot and taking it off at night, and apria called me 3x and said they can't give me a chin strap till I talk with their sleep therapist who never ends up calling me. Anyways apria just told me I need over 4 hours a night with the mask or insurance won't pay and I need a solution with a chin strap or full face mask so I'll sleep better. Do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks
