Looking to get away for a night or 2 next week with the gf.
For those who have been recently, what's the best casino to check out for people in their mid-20's? I'm not a huge gambler, so I'm looking for something that will have a good mix of options to keep us entertained for an evening or so.
And I've heard the Hard Rock is fun, but are their "clubs" super douchey and pretentious? TIA

Hard rock is probably better. Beau Rivage smells like one big ashtray.

shite, man. I don't know. I've never been to Biloxi before and I know how casino clubs attract the uber douche.

For folks in mid 20's it's the Hard Rock. Boomtown has the best buffet though.

The beau and the hard rock are by far the best two and are more expensive. After those, I prefer The Palace. Smoke free, not too expensive, and it has a fishing warf that runs out of the back of it over the bay. Its further away from Biloxi and closer to Ocean Springs.

Don't stay at a damn casino. It's a real shite show.

Come to Bay St Louis and stay at the Bay Town Inn. https://baytowninn.com/

Walk on the beach, maybe rent bikes or kayaks depending on the weather, eat at local restaurants (Sycamore house is really nice, Blind Tiger for beers and a light bite, 200 N Beach and Trapanis...), drive through the Pass and Longbeach, hell even go to a casino or two if you like. There are much better getaways than old smelly people and general desperation that is a casino.

I can give bar tips, coffee shop, breakfast...entertainment ideas.

From the research I've done, Beau and Hard Rock seem to be the best bet. I'm only good for 3-4 hours of gambling before I lose everything I brought to gamble with, or walk away like a pussy after going up.
Who has the best non-gambling entertainment for when I'm ready to call it quits?

this. they are next to each other so just stay at either one and you can walk to where you think is more fun. I've stayed at both and prefer the Hard Rock rooms if you are going with just the gf.

Buy a pack of Marlboro reds, go to Beau Rivage, gamble like you're a fricking dude who swings big dick. Take cocaine key bumps in the bathroom. Pass out on the beach

Went there in Sat night in November. Wife and I get back to the room around 10. Lock is broken; the battery or some electrical component doesn't work.

Took an hour and half to fix. Said they didn't have another room, never comped for anything even after writing a letter. Weekend get away from kids was driving several hours from BR, paying $300 plus to watch TV on max volume while 3 dudes hammered on our open door.

Pretty decent mood killer. F that place.

No, the Hard Rock smells like an ash tray as well.

Hard Rock is a lot smaller than Beau Rivage. The hotel part of Hard Rock is great, but I'd recommend the Beau Rivage if you want a better casino

Gambling: Beau Rivage
Partying: Hard Rock

You can walk from one to the other, so both can be done if you wanted.
