Best Baton Rouge Roofing Company?

We had some intense weather a few days ago by LSU campus and a tree fell on my roof and caused a small bit of damage. A bit of water came into my attic and I am concerned about that as it could get bad rather quickly.
I called up V & V Roofing, Premier South, and Garcia Roofing . They all gave me pretty vastly different prices but V & V roofing had the best quote ($3,000).
My question is, has anyone here at TD used any of these companies or have a better recommendation?
Thanks!

I've had Garcia re-roof my old house and they did a great job. They're on the higher side but we were pleased. I've dealt with the premier south folks before as well and have no complaints.

Garcia and Premier South are both good. Can't really go wrong with either one.

How bad is the damage for a $3000 quote? I have some areas at the corners of my hip roof where the soffit and fascia are rotting due to leaks. It's purely aesthetic with 3 foot overhangs, but my DIY patch job from 2 summers ago didn't keep it from getting worse. That said, I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for something I could make look repaired right before I sell the place in the future.

I used Garcia.
Gave me the best price and had no issues.

Drive by home depot. Bring live chickens and beer.

If you want to pay way too much for average work, give them a call. Lee Chatelain will appreciate the extra spending money.

Call Lenny Comeaux (Ole Man on TD) 225-603-8997. He is with Alvin Ballard roofing. He will give it to you straight with no bullshitting unless y'all are playing golf, then don't believe a word he says.

Used V&V twice and was happy both times.

Coleman Roofing is awesome. Chris is a duck hunter. Good man. Always supervises on site.

I know the Coleman guys very well, and they're good guys who love to hunt and fish.

I'd rather they love to fix my roof.

Would you rather a wife beating dickhead that does a good roof or an honest group of outdoorsman who do a good roof?

Given that choice? Probably the guy that likes to fish. Given the choice between two guys that do a good roof where one drinks white cans and dicks off on the OB and the other that spends his time researching better roofs...well.

I think I'd like to change my answer. Wife beating seems a lot cheaper than hunting and fishing. I'll go with the wife-beater. Less overhead for me to absorb.

I used V&V twice and would use them again.
