Pretty easy solution. Encourage your children/players to play other sports and take time off. The body needs rest.

I appreciate it, and I understand it could get buried.


I have a son that is in the prime of travel sports. He's currently getting ready for baseball and is playing all-star basketball. Double dipping is fun.

He likes to stay active so we rotate sports throughout the year. Flag football is the perfect sport in between baseball and basketball.

Is there anytime throughout the year when he's not playing a sport? Odds are he'll get burned out on that shite.
