The whole "appropriation" thing is just stupid. Of course cultures borrow from other cultures.

I’m tempted to agree. I just can’t believe that in college, where people are supposed to be becoming educated adults and earning advanced degrees, they are warning students about offensive costumes that could hurt FEELINGS.
