non citizens are granted due process right while in the US, based on the 5th and 14th amendments
1) Not necessarily.
2) Ive studied the constitution and our founding fathers, and its original meaning diligently for something along the lines of 10 yrs. It wasnt intended to and has never applied to all people in the world. Also, if your a foreign citizen snooping around a military base being a dumbass and a soldier shoots you, i have no sympathy for you at all, and they are well within their rights.
