Went to a crawfish boil at friends house in Baton Rouge tonight. When we left my son was still hungry so we stopped at the Wendy's on College. It's been a while since I've been to BR besides for LSU games but I remember that area being decent, not anymore I guess. Standing in line waiting for our food while the wife and kids are in the car, some guy comes in, tattoos all over his face, starts a verbal confrontation with the fry cook leading to them going outside to fight. Ended up having to leave without food before someone pulled a gun as the entire work staff left to watch the fight.

Last time I went to port royal there they found a body at the Waffle House the next day

Yeah, that's problem with this place. You're never too far away from trash like that. It gets really sketch on College starting right there going to Gov't/Sout Fahstah.
You should have gone to the Chick-Fil-A on College. The only one in country where all the workers are African American.

That's not a very good area. Especially after dark. The neighborhood behind that Wendy's is pretty rough.

I mean Fairway apartments aren't high end but you're passing right through Goodwood, Capital Heights, and Webb Park on this route
Valley Park needs a developer to just acquire all 1,000 acres or so and go mixed use...would be clutch.
