Know the basic terms here
Same here
Know that redeterminations are an important issue right now. Also Google "Haynes and Boone Oil Patch Bankruptcy Monitor" and get a sense for how many bankruptcies have happened since 1/1/15.
Finally, I would know what the 4 subverticals of energy are. Eg, know what an MLP is... just the basics.
I don't work in this field but am familiar with it. Good luck.
