Baffling public behavior...disgusting mom on airplane

On a flight recently, my SO witnessed a woman spend the entire flight picking the lice out of her child's hair.
Once done with that, she clipped the child's finger nails and toe nails. The clippings were merely brushed off to the floor
the fugg is wrong with people that think this is okay?
you guys ever see anything like this?

Maybe we should all start emulating the same behavior. We can turn restaurant chairs into toilet seats so we don't have to excuse ourself and go to the bathroom. In one end and out the other. Quite efficient if you ask me.

There is a crazy guy that rides his bike everywhere he goes. You have to be careful to not hit him because he rides it on a 2 lane road and will be in the middle of the fricking road.
Well one day last week i'm on the phone with my wife and she just yells OMG! crazy dude is on the side of the road wiping his arse. I said no he isn't, she said I just watched him put a hand full of toilet paper down his pants and start digging in his arse.

People having children with lice are why I have trouble going to the movies or riding on airplanes. True OCD story.
Eta: I saw many bums including women squatting in broad daylight on the sidewalk when I worked downtown. Could you not urinate behind a bush? Why in the middle of the sidewalk?

I've found nail clippings under seats in the Cox auditorium, along with other things like banana peels and general food trash. Some people just don't care.
