Bachelor party Ideas

Trying to plan a April bachelor party for 8-10 guys. We are from Lafayette and want to stay somewhat close (3 hour range). We have some money to spend but not the Vegas level financial status. Any suggestions?

I've heard Ville Platte is nice this time of year.
Seriously, don't over think this. Go to New Orleans or rent a camp on Big Lake in Lake Charles/Charter fishing out of any port in La.

Get rooms at the royal sonesta
Everybody pitch in to make sure the groom has a balcony room over bourbon street so tall can drink and hang out there to people watch
Go to some strip clubs. Go to a nice dinner one night
Get drunk

Friday drive down to GoM and stay in a cabin drink and be merry.
Saturday fish with guide, bring piss beer to regulate hangover. (Ultra or BL work good for this). Take nap when you get in, drive to NOLA.
Get hotel walking distance or Uber to Quarter buy groom to be a lap dance cause you have to, then go to the bar and get plastered and have a night that doesnt end til the morning.
And of course hookers and blow.

really comes down to houston or new orleans unless you do a camp type party

Seriously though. My buddy had his in Nola back in August. We're all from the BR area. He did Nola so all of his buddies could make it. Whether for all 3 nights or just however many they could squeeze. 23 guys went. Took up the better part of one floor at the hotel. It was a blast. Thinking back, it's probably the first time I've stayed in a Hotel in Nola and did the 'touristy' thing for more than 1 night, in a long time. We had a blast.
Look at any top 10 lists for bachelor party spots. Nola will be on all of them.
