Everyone is worried about the guy who died.
What about the fact he was in PROCESS OF CLEANING IT when they shoved more fish in there.
No verification or check down of cleaning completion before use.
And you imagine the same being the case in pretty much all their batches. Only difference here is that they rushed so much they started cooking before the guy left.
Think about it the next time you mix a tuna salad.

Ok. How the frick were they able to put 12,000 lbs of meat in the oven without the guy cleaning noticing or saying anything?
Did they just dump it in with a front end loader?
I would also like to know what this 35 foot long oven actually looks like.. I'm having trouble understanding how this can possibly happen.

If it's 35 feet long and they are loading that much tuna, I can see how he would get unnoticed or be out of view. I also doubt they were running a very safety conscious system
