public or private school?

I have seen 30-45 in private

Higher in public based on education and classes taught - non-PE

Depending on school I'd say between 40k-45k. It depends on what/how many class one is teaching.

Depends on the parish. Most parishes have pay schedules on their website. I taught and coached in Bossier Parish for 3 years. I made around $48k.

I told him probably in the 35-50K range. I have no idea (nor does he) on what he would want to teach in.

Public will definitely pay more than private.

Very few parishes pay less than 35K to regular teachers. With his coaching stipend, I don't see him making less than 40-45 per year.

Perhaps your cousin should look into a more financially rewarding career path.

Depends on a lot of things. $42-82K could be the base salary and then whatever the stipend is
