You're probably going to have some good entertainment to chose from. Most of those flights have awesome personal video screens and movie selection.

I've been 3 times, the first was in coach.....NEVER AGAIN!
The second and third times were in first class. I'm not big on flying first class, but anything more than 6 hrs is worth the extra $$$ or miles.

My best friend lives in Perth. My wife and I promised we would go visit. The plane trip has kept me from booking it so far

I took an ambien. Slept 8 hours. Woke up peed. Took another ambien slept 8 hours. It was a piece of cake

I flew from LA to Melbourne when I went. The winds were so strong that they had to stop to refuel in Sydney, extending the flight another 3 hours. Miserable.

Sister in law and brother in law are in Perth. Hopefully they will be coming back this year. We went once a couple of years ago, the first leg was 31 hours from leaving the gate in Houston to getting there. This was my first time ever over seas. We flew coach but flew Singapore air which is pretty amazing. Great time over there, expensive as hell, but fun.
