Austin-area residential remodeling recommendations?

Live in the Austin area (Dripping Springs). My wife and I are looking to remodel the home. Can anyone recommend a QUALITY, TALENTED remodeling company?

We are looking to:
- remodel stairs (new railing, add curled bottom step, replace carpet with wood or porcelain);
- turn a room from a crap-hole to a nice reading-room/ study with wood paneling and a built-in bookcase;
- replace some tile and Pergo (sp?) with wood;
- replace molding throughout
- replace front door;
- stain all wood molding and bookcases to match throughout the house

Have the budget, but want proven quality with references over some dude with a tool belt and a paint brush. Gone the cheap route... got what I paid for. Never again.
