You're clueless. Drugs have destroyed lives of people that are NOT idiots. Just like alcohol. Weed is fine, but you will NEVER convince more than 15% of Americans that things like Heroin, MDMA, and krokodil should be legal.
People who are caught selling that shite should be locked up for long periods of time, if not executed outright. The Rosenbergs were put to death for giving papers to the russians. How is that any worse than a man giving heroin to a teenager and ruining his/her life forever?

Drugs are illegal for that very same reason. Regan's war on drugs locked up all the black fathers. It was nothing more than population control. In reality it did so much to further decay all of society.
Harsh decade long sentences for non violent crimes are retarded and only hurt taxpayers. They have to pay the bill for housing this non violent criminal for years, and pay welfare for the kids he can no longer provide for.
The ridiculous sentences only heightened the violence associated with drugs as the stakes are so high now.
