It's absolutely awful right now. Anyone experience this? I can barely watch my tv. First problem we've had with Uverse. I have automatically and manually rebooted the system and each separate box and checked all the wires and connections and nothing is noticeably wrong. Tech support can't get out here until Friday afternoon. WTF is that shite.
I've had the freezing problem and the no signal problem but the freezing has never been that bad. The no signal happens about three times a week, and I plan on getting tech support out here soon. Good luck, sorry I can't help though

Happens to me with Cox 24/7. Some channels just say "not available" persistently (like Cox Sports, ironically enough). We just haven't called any one, but its been like that since we moved in in September.
had the freezing problem for the first 6 months I had u-verse. They sent people out constantly but when they came everything would be working fine. Finally they made it out when it was frozen and fixed it for good.
