Likely hood that this wacko dude had been passed illegally and at high rates of speed by other cyclists is pretty high I'd say. Not that what he did wasn't really stupid.

Those guys are lucky they weren't killed. At least they were wearing helmets and some protective clothing and not flip flops and tshirts.

I had a guy on a bike pass me on a double yellow without a helmet and wearing sandals while i was trying to make a legal left turn into a driveway.
He's lucky he's still alive. Biker even tried to blame the accident on me.

I was an avid motorcycle rider when I was younger, although I was never into crotch rockets. I wouldn't get one one today for any amount of money. All drivers are 1000% more distracted today than they were 30 years ago, no way I'm taking that chance.
