Have y'all ever ordered something you saw on TV? How did it work?

I bought some sham wows and I can tell you first hand that they're sham shits. A dollar tree towel was better at cleaning up stuff than a shamwow.

Anybody tried that laser cement, or the wipe on "wet" stuff for your car's plastic parts? I'm almost ready to be duped by those products.

Oh yeah, the pocket fisherman was great for back packing trips.

I'd say it was I expected to come out of the can. I didn't feel ripped off. Not sure if that helps. I didn't experience clumping . but you could have problems if you do a crap job.

I bought the wipe new trim restorer and I have to admit, it worked even better than seen on TV.

My company vehicle is a a Dodge Durango and it has been parked outside in the weather for years, so the plastic front and rear bumper were very faded.

Picked up a bottle of the wipe new stuff at Wal-Mart for $15 just to give it a shot and was very pleased with the results. I bought a second bottle last week and will probably keep using it annually.

I think my aunt has that Ronco "set it and forget it" rotisserie thing and it really does work.

Beat me to that one. My dad gave us one and I thought "yeah this thing is gonna be cheap and shite". Well, it's used daily and easier to clean than any other pan in the house. Nothing sticks.Seriously thinking about buying all their other products.

Buddy of mine ordered a Slapchop and they sent him two so he gave the other to me.

It works decently enough but it's kind of a pain to take apart and wash. I usually stick to the ol knife and cutting board.
