Are there any off leash dog parks in Lake Charles?

Besides the sketchy one by the prison?
I'm tired of having to tie the gate shut with my dog's leash every time I take her out there.
Posted on the Outdoor board, but that place is a graveyard.

There are "dog friendly" parks that you can bring your dog to, but you can't take them off of the leash. There are also parks where pets aren't allowed.
I'm not asking about either of those.

Is the leash law even enforced here? What's wrong with PLP or SHJ?

It's enforced at PLP and she's still a puppy (8 months) so I wouldn't want her off leash that close to a main road anyway.

Lake street @ Licoln is unleashed. It's alright out there; 10 or obstacles, a few pools, and a few faucets-water fountain. Pretty windy.

I live a few blocks from the old YMCA. The old baseball field behind the building is mostly fenced in and I took her there one day. Got run off by the guy who cuts the grass
