Are 40-50 and 50-60 the GOAT decades of life?

Not the 40's and 50's but those years in a given life.
0-10 you're a child
10-20 getting better but still not making your own rules
20-30 making your own rules but usually poor
30-40 child rearing years, you're tied up with them, starting to not give a shite about what other people think, starting to get where you want financially
40-50 kids can handle themselves, you give zero fricks, and hopefully you're getting to good shape financially
50-60 you should have all the money to do whatever you want and kids are even more independent, still in good physical shape

I'm 43. I'd say 20-30 was the best, by far.

Truly depends on what shape your health is in when you retire.

Its ok if your old, id rather be 20-30

18-28 it doesn't matter what you do during that decade.
You can screw teens or young professional women or young milfs.

I'm 42 and I love the 40s and would say it's easily the beat so far. The 30s were the next best. Financially set and secure and physically healthy. I can do or go anywhere I want to without thinking twice.

Poochie is correct.
I am loving the 40's. Best so far.
Money is fun.

I'm 42 with twin 10 yr olds. I do give almost zero fricks though. I'd say 30's is the peak. You're not quite as broke but young enough to do what you want

I think 40 to 50 will be the most fun for me

Downside if you're married to the person who bore those kids in the 20-30 decade: your wife is also going to be 50.

40s and right now is the best.

48... Dating someone 20 years younger has its disadvantages, but it seems to be a thing right now. Women in their 20s-30s like older men.

I know women in their late 40s/early 50s who are still hot.
I've also known women in their late 20s/early 30s who looked like AARP members.

Just wait to see what your 80k income looks like when you are married with 2 kids. You'll be wearing jordache jeans and drinking Busch tallboys

I'm still in good physical shape. Partly good genes but just as much taking care of myself.
