I spent time in Upper NY this summer. Those rednecks are different. They are scary and creepy. Weird more than scary I suppose and not friendly at all.

If you've ever been through just about any rural area of the places like Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin or Minnesota, you'll quickly realize rednecks are pretty much universal. Even places like New York and New Jersey have plenty of rednecks.

Even though there was a lot of people involved, the situation seemed much more calm than videos of other groups of people fighting.
