Stop judging Scruffy.

Honestly though, can't do much with bench because of the shoulder. Took the last two weeks off because of it.

Should get it looked at.

No worries. I screwed up my rotator cuff a few years back. Stopped lifting heavy for a few months and it went away.

Planet fitness of all places too. If you make the slightest grunt or drop the weights the "lunk" alarm rings out. I got a good laugh at this try hard. Baw was bringing it

Year?! Dammit!

As for the altitude masks, it's all pseudoscience.

And they look like douchebags.

I´m sure I´m much older than you, but I had to coddle, throttle and smash, with varying intervals. Got through it. It was a shoulder.

A guy in my spin class wears one, but he is training for some endurance race in the Colorado Rockies. I think that's the only reason it might be ok.

That son of a gun huffs and puffs his way thru class and pretty much looks like an idiot. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt thou because he does at least have a purpose.

Please Dear God, do not make the douches at my gym interested in this shite. Crossing my fingers. Holy shite it seems like a massive gimmick. They're lucky only morons would be interested in it.

Who actually breathes that hard during dumbbell curls??

Maybe he should try to run or do cardio like someone who understands the purpose of exercise, and stop taking mental pictures of himself working out.

I'm pretty sure those masks don't actually work like they are advertised. Is it harder to breathe? Sure, you're wearing a fricking mask over your mouth.

Isn´t it the same mask that should be connected to a machine which monitors many intake/inhalation and other factors?

Three weeks ago I was doing lots of reps and sets of preacher curls with no more than 25 lbs. on each side of the bar. I was doing them the same way I always have. I felt a little pain around my elbow when doing them that Monday. I skipped doing them on Wednesday and by Friday my arm was like this.

I think I tore the bicep tendon. The bruising and swelling is gone but the elbow/funny bone is sore to touch & it hurts to lift anything.

Do you guys think it will heal by itself if I don't work out or should I go to the doctor?

Are low-mid calf socks only a thing for dudes with no muscle definition in their legs? I don't understand it. It looks terrible, and seems really uncomfortable. I see a ton of skinny legged dudes wearing tennis shoes and shorts, with tall socks just like this dude. I started noticing it the past 5 years or so. Looks as dumb to me as the mask does.
