The girl working the desk there has to be one of the rudest, meanest people I've ever dealt with. Anyone else have the same experience? I thought locally owned shops in LP were supposed to be awesome.

She was pretty rude on the phone, like i was inconveniencing her by calling to add an oil change.

Then we i got there to pay, she was ripping some guy for not being able to give a diagnosis of that he thought was wrong with his car. Crazy man. She was something

Do yourself a favor and call 667-4111 for any vehicle issues you have from now on. John is a good guy but the rest of em ,not so much. They have major issues holding onto any good Techs there. Probably for the same reason you experienced. Imagine how she treats their employees if she treats the customers like that?

nothing he can do about it. His wife pretty much runs shite. He hangs out in the shop

i don't know man. Just telling what i know. I used to hear so much shite about them fro man old friend of mine that was their best tech for like 15 years. He quit like a decade ago.

Not meaning to grill you, this is just a pet peeve of mine...front of the house customer relations. I don't care what type of business it is, if you show shitty attitude and service from second 1...what am I to expect on the backend?
